The present general conditions of sale govern the set of commercial relations between:
INFLUENTWEEK, Unipessoal Lda. And its internet customers (hereinafter referred to as “The Client”).
Prior to any transaction, the Client confirms that he has become aware and expressly declares to accept the conditions as soon as he presses the button “I have read and accept the terms and conditions of the store”.
Selling Conditions
The Client confirms that he has taken note, at the time of placing the order, of the sales conditions listed on the screen (name, price, components, quantity, color, product specifications, etc.) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The placing of the order and its confirmation by the Client materialize its full and total acceptance of the terms of sale, applicable exclusively to the order in question.
Opening Hours and Scheduling
The ByMyCare online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is possible to place orders whenever the customer wishes.
Orders for delivery to the customer’s address made until 11am on a business day, are dispatched on the next business day when the stock so permits. Orders placed after that time are dispatched on the second following business day when the stock so permits. In case there is no stock the customer will be notified with the expected delivery date for the order placed.
Order
The Customer confirms the order by pressing the “Confirm order” button. The order consists of a summary of all items that the Customer confirms by clicking on the “Confirm Order” button on the “Checkout” tab. INFLUENTWEEK automatic registration systems are considered to be proof of the nature, content and date of the order.
Order Confirmation
INFLUENTWEEK confirms the acceptance of the order to the Customer by email. The sale will only be concluded after INFLUENTWEEK confirms the order. INFLUENTWEEK reserves the right not to confirm an order, for whatever reason, considering in particular the supply of products, a problem regarding the order received (for example: failures in the data provided by the Customer), an abnormal order or a predictable reason for future delivery. INFLUENTWEEK will notify the Customer by all means at its disposal. INFLUENTWEEK only processes an order placed by the Customer after confirmation of the respective payment or according to previously agreed conditions.
Delivery of Orders and Delivery Conditions
The place of delivery of the order is chosen by the Customer at the time of placing the order. INFLUENTWEEK reserves the right to use any means of transport at its convenience to deliver the products to the address indicated by the Client. Safeguarding that sometimes orders can be delivered outside the estimated period.
The delivery zones, distances and prices stipulated by INFLUENTWEEK are calculated at the time of completion, of purchase according to the weight of the order and place of delivery.
All occurrences such as force majeure, accident, strike, administrative decision or stopping transport, which may delay, prevent or exorbitant the execution of supply, constitute a clause for suspension or extinction of the company’s obligations, without the right to compensation for the Client.
Price
All prices shown are in Euros. The price billed to the Customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by bymycare.com.

The photographs illustrating the products are indicative only. The differences between the photographs and the products should be only minor differences and do not imply any change in the main specifications of the products. The color of products displayed in the online store may differ from the actual color of the product.
Payment Conditions
The product (s) ordered will be included in the order to be received by the customer. As a method of settling products and services, you will be selected at the end of the ordering process, by one of the following means: Bank transfer, Paypal.
